Iclal is a graduate of Kayseri TED Colleage and University of 9 Eylul, Faculty of Foreign Languages, majoring in Tourism/English.

Iclal worked in various banks of Izmir until she has settled in Antalya where she started to work intensively on her paintings. Iclal worked with Celil Kemalov for 4 years at his atelier. In her works, she uses the texture of light and colour of the nature harmonised with her emotions. She started with still life (naturmort) and landscape and continued with figurative works aiming to provide action and liveliness to her work.

Iclal is working as manager for “EYILIK FOUNDATION OF EDUCATION, ART, CULTURE, PROMOTION AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES”.

She is a member of RESODER (Street of Artists Association) and IWSA – International Women’s Solidarity Association
